Good Morning Ohio,

We are getting closer to embarking upon one of the most important events of
the National Federation of the Blind, The 2018 National Convention. I am so
excited for my new members! Because I know that they too are eager to
attend; this is why a teleconference call about the endeavor has been
organized for tonight at 7:30 for Cleveland and 7:45 for the State of Ohio.

Dr. Peters, Membership Chair and President Payne has agreed that this would
be beneficial to all. Therefore, Come and join us!

So, the information and agenda is below!

highlight the 2018 National Convention for new attendees. However, all are
welcome, even though you've attended prior conventions. The Membership
Committee is very excited to have you join this spectacular celebration of
membership and camaraderie that proves to leave you enthusiastic and ready
to work on behalf of the federation.

The conference call will be facilitated by Suzanne Turner, Convention
Planning Chair along with Ohio leaders providing you with information on the
agenda, travel, mobility and more. . So, gather pencil, paper, Braille
writers, slate and stylus, crayons and other writing utensils for dotting
down information.

Cleveland has requested that their members call in 15 minutes earlier than
those in the State to conduct important business. Then, others can gladly
join the call.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
