I hav just made the call that Sheri asked us to make to Rob Portman. I am used to calls to that office going straight to voicemail, but the call was picked up this time. It takes just a minute to make the call, and the message is simple: support S. 2559, the Marrakesh Treaty implementation Act. Please call Portman right now. The number is 202-224-3353.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
