Hello Chris and All,

This is a fantastic program! You did such a great job articulating the
problem and explaining the solution. The conversation flowed and no one
could have done it better. Thank you.

Subject: [Cinci-NFB] Link to a video podcast on accessibility to Blind
Catholic parishioners on "Being Pro-Life" podcast

Hello all.

I wanted to share a link to a video podcast of an interview I conducted on
making the Mass and other parish activities accessible to Blind Catholic
Parishioners. The target audience of this podcast is mainly the Archdiocese
of Cincinnati, but the topics are broad and episodes are often shared
nationally. The link to the podcast is https://tinyurl.com/yxkyrosl. I
discuss the Federation at some length, including what we do at the Ohio
Affiliate and here in our Chapter. There is also a link to a one-page flier
on this page that Sheri Albers and I helped develop on how parishes can
better serve Blind Catholics. I'd also like to extend a special thanks to
Colleen Roth for helping to put us in touch with the Office of Disability
Concerns at the Diocese of Toledo, which has been working on similar issues
for years and is a model for our efforts here in Cincinnati.

Please let me know if you have any trouble accessing this link, and please
share this as widely as possible. Let's go build the Federation in Greater
Cincinnati and beyond.

Very Best Regards,

Christopher Sabine

Secretary

National Federation of the Blind of Ohio

Cincinnati Chapter
