Federation Family,

 

It is with sadness that I inform the Ohio Affiliate of the passing of Mr.
Lewis Fields, who is the father of Cleveland member, Danielle Fields, and,
Danielle is the daughter of Ohio Board Member, Cheryl Fields. As they
prepare for his celebration of life, Cleveland is requesting prayers and
compassionate thoughts for the family.

 

Danielle and Cheryl, please remember, that a person who departs from this
earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in  our hearts and minds,
through us, they live on. Take comfort in knowing that he is resting in the
arms of our Lord. If you need anything, at any time and for any reason,
please reach out to your Federation family.

The Family Visitation is at 11:30AM until Noon.

The Service celebration of life will begin at noon. 

Location:  Grace Missionary Baptist Church 

3742 E. 131st, Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44120 

 

Interment is at Evergreen Cemetery.

The Repast will be at the home of Lewis Fields.
