Great story, indeed! Thanks for sharing!
One take is that sighted people sadly don't know much about our
adaptabilities and capabilities, i.e., (1) the social worker when
suggesting career change and (2) the other lady asking him if he understood
the audio message when she heard him listening to the fast voice over on his
phone.
