[Ohio-talk] great story

Good insight Ali. Yah, the immediate assumption he needed to change careers...come on. And ya know I've now seen that video posted by several people and groups on Facebook, so it must have stirred some interest. Not an all-inclusive study on blindness in the workplace, but it adds to what is hopefully a growing perception by the sighted that blindness neither defines a person nor holds him or her back from achieving big goals.

Great story, indeed! Thanks for sharing!

One take is that sighted people sadly don't know much about our adaptabilities and capabilities, i.e., (1) the social worker when suggesting career change and (2) the other lady asking him if he understood the audio message when she heard him listening to the fast voice over on his phone.

Take care y'all.

Ali
