Hi all,
Remember to fill out the Rideshare testing survey each and every time you use Uber and/or Lyft. Report the good and the bad experiences you have while travelling with your guide dog and/or other service animal. If you do not use a guide dog but are travelling with your friend who uses a guide dog, and you have a negative experience, report that as well.

Your feedback is extremely valuable!
Thanks!
Deanna

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back

Hi Deanna,
As an update, I wanted to let you know that NFB has not yet received any Uber tests for the state of Ohio this month. It’d be great if the affiliate could gather two Uber tests before April.
Thanks for continuing to support this important project!
Best,
Valerie
