[Ohio-Talk] Banana Nut Bread

One yellow cake mix, 1/4 cup water, two eggs, three mashed bananas, 1/2 cup nuts optional, a package of chocolate chips optional. Mix and bake in loaf pan at 3:50 for 50 minutes to an hour. Or, pour in muffin pans and bake for 30 minutes.

Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Cream shortening, blend in sugar, add
in eggs 1 at a time, beat until fluffy. Add flour mixture alternately with
bananas and liquid.  Turn into greased loaf pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for
60-70 minutes. Cool at least an hour after removing from oven.
