[Ohio-Talk] Questions about NFB conventions and seminars

The purpose of the Washington seminar is for blind people to go to Washington DC to advocate for legislation with our representatives and senators. Conventions, such as the national convention, typically have a totally different purpose. I would guess that is why there is a cost for one and not for the other.
