[Ohio-Talk] Blind People making their own doctor's Appointments

Hello Everyone,
I think most 22-year-olds should be able to make their own doctor's appointments. That might not be true if the person is under a Parent's Medical Plan. It also would not be true if a blind Person has Intellectual or Mental Disabilities which make them incapable of making such appointments.
