I think that a person's ability to find a good doctor may depend upon
previous experience or lack of experience in handling such matters, upon
access to technology, and one's stress level when finding oneself in need of
a doctor.
We all appreciate referrals from time to time to good doctors, contractors,
stores, organizations and friends.

Subject: [Ohio-Talk] Blind People making their own doctor's Appointments

Hello Everyone,
I think most 22-year-olds should be able to make their own doctor's
appointments. That might not be true if the person is under a Parent's
Medical Plan. It also would not be true if a blind Person has Intellectual
or Mental Disabilities which make them incapable of making such
appointments.
