Hello Drs. Smith and Lewis,

I wanted to share the meeting link for our upcoming Authors at Alden event and provide a bit more information for you. Below is an outline with approximate times for the event, just so you both have an idea of how the event will flow. Please plan to join the event 5-10 minutes before 3 pm.


3:00 pm - Welcome - Dean of University Libraries, Neil Romanosky

3:05 pm - Background information - Dr. Smith

If you would like to use slides for any portion of the event, you can either share them from your screen or send them to me ahead of time and I will share and advance slides as needed throughout the event.

3:15 pm - Interview by Dr. Lewis

3:45 pm - Audience questions - Jen will moderate

4:00 pm - Event wrap-up and thanks - Jen Harvey or Neil Romanosky
