Crock Pot Lentil Soup

Crock Pot Cooking Made Easy

Ingredients

1 15 oz Can Diced Tomatoes

1 16 oz Bag Dry Lentils

2 Large Diced Carrots

2 Diced Celery Stalks

2 Cups Fresh Spinach 

1 Medium Diced Onion

1 Large Peeled and Diced Sweet Potato

8 Cups Vegetable Stock

Salt and Pepper to Taste

 

 

Instructions

Spray your 6-7quart crock pot with Pam spray or use liner.

Add all ingredients in our crock pot - except spinach. Cook on LOW for 6-7 HOURS. Add spinach 10 minutes before soup is done.

Serve and Enjoy!
