There is no need to pre-register or such, just click to join us if you are
able.  We will share some brief COLA updates, and then open the session to
questions.  

 

In full transparency: we are just inviting a few of our external partners to
these sessions.  We will share some brief powerpoint slides and practice
using the Teams platform.  We hope to use Teams for additional webinars in
our community, so we appreciate your joining us even for a few minutes if
you can.  We are anxious to see how things go using this platform, and for
your feedback.

Video meeting etiquette:

There are a few best-practices we can employ to make our time together more
enjoyable with less distraction:

1. Always keep your microphone muted if you are not talking.

2. Unmute your microphone when you want to speak. It's like raising your
hand in school!

3. Use headphones or ear buds if you are in a noisy or public environment

4. Use the private chat feature if you want to say something to another
person while the meeting is taking place. Use the public chat feature to say
something to everyone.

5. If two people speak at the same time, the leader will choose the order of
who speaks first.

6. Be patient - there is a learning curve to using video conference.
