Subject: [Trainer-Talk] Kicking off the first 2021 Training Special from RGA Tech Solutions

Hello folks,

Please share this message wherever appropriate.

My company, RGA Tech Solutions, is a small business that is comprised of myself and my wife, Stacie. While we are a provider of assistive technology training for entities like VR customers from the Texas Workforce and deaf-blind consumers from the I Can Connect Program, we also offer personalized training and consulting services to individuals and small groups. At first, most of our work was in person, but as times have changed, so have we. Now more than ever, we provide remote training services. This means that even though we are based in Houston Texas, you can live anywhere in order to take advantage of what we have to offer.

So, what do we offer? To put it simply, we offer training and consulting services to individuals and groups in many areas of assistive technology. This can include, but is not limited to:
* Teaching screen readers like Jaws, ZoomText, Fusion, NVDA, Voice Over, Voice Assist, and Talk Back.
* Teaching operating systems like Windows, MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, Android, and ChromeOS.
* Teaching hardware like the BrailleNote, the Braille Sense, various Braille displays, smart phones, tablets, book readers, and Chrome Books.
* Teaching smart speakers like Amazon Echo and Google Home speakers.
* Teaching tasks like web browsing, file and folder management, document editing, and troubleshooting.

All training is personalized to help you reach your goals. This means that you will not be subjected to static and inflexible cookie-cutter training. If there areas that we are not able to teach, we will let you know during the initial no-cost assessment. Additionally, we will provide references upon request. All training sessions will be done over Zoom unless there is a specific need to use something else like Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or a traditional phone call. We recommend recording the sessions to help with note taking, but that is not a requirement if you are not comfortable with this. So, how much will all this cost?

Although 2020 has officially ended, the discounted special from RGA Tech Solutions continues. If you sign up and pay for at least 6 hours of training during January 2021, the cost is just $25 per hour. This is the same pricing discount that we have used throughout most of the 2020 year. If you want more than six hours of training, you can purchase as much as you like. One of the benefits of our training services is that once paid, you have up to six months to use it, so there is absolutely no rush.

If you are not interested in training right now that is okay. There will be new specials going forward starting on February 1, 2021, and they will be announced here.

We accept most forms of online payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, bank transfers, Zelle payments, Venmo, Square Cash, and credit cards over the phone. We are not able to accept personal checks and money orders at this time.

About Raul Gallegos: Raul is originally from Denver Colorado and has been in the assistive technology industry for over 15 years and prior to that, worked in Kansas as as a Unix/Linux network administrator for Sprint. He has also worked in call centers, and has even worked as an outbound telemarketer. While call center work was not very technical, it gave him the opportunity to learn how to best work with people. This means that when working with Raul, you will work with someone who is friendly and who will listen to what you have to say, and who will answer all your questions to the best of his ability. If he doesn't know something, he will tell you, and will work with you to help you solve the problem.

About Stacie Gallegos: Stacie is a native of Texas who graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a BS in Kinesiology. She’s also a certified teacher of the visually impaired, (TVI). Following college, Stacie moved to Kansas, where she taught adaptive PE at the Kansas State School for the Blind. After teaching there for several years, she returned to Houston, where she worked for several years as a children's specialist for the state of Texas. Stacie's primary background is education and she has experience in working with people of all ages.
While Stacie conducts the training assessments for RGA Tech Solutions, she is also a trainer in a few areas. Her primary function is scheduling and other important administrative tasks.

If you have any questions, please reach out by emailing training at rgats.com or calling 832.639.4477 during regular business hours in the United States Central time zone, and let's talk about your technology needs.

Thank you.
