Nikita, have you established your eligibility with BSVI? Surely you qualify for technology if you are going to graduate school.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise expectations for blind people because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and their dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.

That leaves me with 6-year-old technology that no longer does what it used to: a BrailleNote Apex and am Asus computer. I am starting graduate school in the fall, and need technology that is going to keep up with the demands of graduate schoolwork.
