Interpreters of the Deaf is the party providing the C-Print and Interpreter
Services for our meetings and events

Isabel Pappaterra and Sheila Grayson will be the captionists and Sarah
Shepherd and Gloria Pappaterra will be the interpreters for today's SSI
Seminar.

Instructions on how to connect to remote C-Print via web browser:

*	This captioning service is NOT compatible with Internet Explorer

*	The captionist opens the captioning site, for people to connect,
about 5 to 10 minutes before the start time of the event

*	To use the captioning feature:

* Open a new tab in your web browser

* About 5 to 10 minutes before start of meeting enter this IP address:
74.143.81.136

*  Click Enter

* You will be taken to a C-Print log in screen

* The log in screen asks for your name. This is so the captionist knows who
is connecting. You can just type your first name.

* You will then be able to view live captioning during the meeting

Note: The IP number is good for the entire meeting. If someone typed in that
IP address at 3:15pm, they would still connect to the captionist. If they
had problems viewing the captions on a phone and switched to a tablet, that
IP address would still work.

Below is a video that the Interpreters of the Deaf has created to show this
process.

How to split windows in Windows 10

First, let's open two instances of your internet browser. In your toolbar,
at the bottom of your screen, right click the icon of the browser you are
using. Left click the name of the browser (i.e. Google Chrome, Firefox).
This will open the browser in a new window. Next, there are two options to
split the windows on your monitior.

Option 1

1.	Choose the window you want to snap to one half of the screen, then
left click and hold to drag it to the edge.
2.	A translucent outline of where it will snap to will appear. If
you're happy with it, let go and your window will be snapped into place.
3.	If you have other windows or applications open, when you snap your
chosen window you'll be presented with a number of options for what to fill
the other half of the screen with. Click on one, and it will automatically
snap into place opposite the other window.

*	Once you've placed your windows, you can easily resize them by
dragging the divider. There's a limit to how thin a window can be, though,
to help you avoid creating windows that are so small that they're useless.

Option 2

1.	Press down the Windows logo key while in an active window, and then
press either the left or right arrow key. This should automatically assign a
side of the screen and split the window over there. Do the same for a new
window.

How to split windows on a Mac

Hover your pointer over the full-screen button in the upper-left corner of
a window. Or click and hold the button.

Choose" Tile Window to Left of Screen" or" Tile Window to Right of Screen"
from the menu. The window then fills that side of the screen.'

Click a window on the other side of the screen to begin using both windows
side by side.
