President Payne has asked me to coordinate Bell in 2022. Chapter and division presidents as you begin planning activities for the year ahead please keep Bell in mind. We need to raise funds. We will need to find students. We will need volunteers. Planning at the affiliate level is just beginning, so we don't have any information about the program except to say that we are planning an in-person program in 2022. We are counting on your help and so are the kids. I am beginning to make contacts both for planning and fund raising purposes. I will keep you updated and look forward to work with you.
