   - This year’s celebration at Wade Oval will take place from 5:30 - 8:30 pm on the evening of Wednesday, July 20. 
   - MOST IMPORTANTLY – we ask that you promote this event and work diligently to get people out to Wade Oval on ADA Day!

   - The music performance on ADA Day at WOW is “Tricky Dick & The Cover Ups”

 ADA Cleveland Tent
   
   - We will have 1 large tent positioned close to the Cleveland Botanical Gardens for ADA Cleveland information
   - MENTION OR BRING THE EVENT FLYER and get a FREE bottle of cold water and an ADA Cleveland shirt (while supplies last)
   - If you own one, please wear an ADA Cleveland t-shirt!
   - We’ll have plenty of info about the upcoming March for Access on Saturday, September 10 at Public Square

Parking
   
   - PARKING: Parking is available at a number of lots around Wade Oval. Each individual will be responsible for their own parking arrangements
   - Here is the information from University Circle Inc with options for transportation and FREE parking at the VA – CLICK HERE. Closest parking to ADA Cle area can be found at Cleveland Botanical Gardens or Cleveland Museum of Art
   - For those utilizing Paratransit, the following addresses will get you closest to the action:
   
   - Cleveland Botanical Gardens. 11030 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106
   - Cleveland Museum of Art. 11150 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106

Accessibility 
   
   - An ASL interpreter from the County Board will be available to individuals as needed
   - The concert will be ASL interpreted. CART service is provided
   - Reserved seating available close to stage and monitor
   - ADA restrooms located at each end of Oval
   - Sunscreen and general first aid will be available
   - Wheelchair charging station near ADA Cle tent

Food
   
   - Food vendors will be available on the west side of Wade Oval (close to the Natural History Museum)
