Good info.  I am almost a vegetarian 
 Any more.  I basically eat turkey and fish for meat and lots of green
things.  Verylittle Pasta. I am doing well.  Don't forget to exercise.

Hi Marianne,
I know that the foods we eat can have an effect on our moods and our body
chemistry. For those of you who can use a Smartphone this may make a good
resource.
I am not going to be at Convention this year. I plan to be there next year.
I eat things at Convention that I do not eat at home. At State Convention, I
always eat an Omelet and lots of Asparagus if it is on the Menu. I also eat
things which are not good like Key Lime Pie and Chocolate Cake.
Those Chocolate Chip Cookies will also be the Cat's Meow.
