[Ohio-Talk] Pie day

I don’t know of a good way to tell if cream has come to a boil. I usually put it in a larger than necessary glass cup, and I base the time on getting coffee to a boil. If you check the cup as soon as the timer goes off, you can check the side of the cup. Cream and milk flare up and leave stuff on the side of the cup. I don’t know that bringing the cream to a boil is necessary. They want the liquid as hot as possible to be sure that the chips really will melt.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise expectations for blind people because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and their dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
