I understand that but other people in other counties may have had problems
with different machines. Since we are a state wide organization everyone
needs to be included. I think this is especially true for rural areas.

Hello Marianne,
There are 12 Counties that use the Machine I was trying to use. It is
manufactured by Dominion. Wood, Harden and Hancock Counties in Northwest
Ohio use this machine.
