[Ohio-Talk] Updating Chapter & Division Names

Managers of NFB Facebook Pages,

If your chapter or division needs to update their name on their Facebook
Business Page, it is very simple to do. The manager of the Facebook page
will need to go to their chapter or division page, and take the following
steps:

- Locate the "Edit Page Info" link, then press enter.
- Locate the "Name" field, or press the letter "E" twice, which will place
you in the second edit box. This is where you will change the name of your
page. This name is displayed on the top of your page, and how others will
search for your page.
- After changing the name, tab once to change the username. This will
change the URL link to your page. You can not have any spaces within the
username.
- Make sure to double-check the spelling of the new name change and the
username name change before tabbing to the next edit box. Once you leave
this edit field, the page will automatically update and save those changes.
This is important because you can not change the page name more than once
in a seven day period.

Example:
The new Capital chapter name shows as:
Capital Chapter, National Federation of the Blind of Ohio
Our username shows as:
CapitalChapterNFBOhio
The changes will show the link to the page as:
www.facebook.com/capitalchapternfbohio/
