Hello Ohio,

After having people requesting rooms even after I sent several messages
asking that we call the hotel and arrange rooms, please make all
arrangements for your rooms at the convention hotel now. You will find that
it will be near impossible to get a room at the convention rate as we get
closer.

Whether or not you have been waiting for convention assistance or to make
your mind up please make the arrangements for your room now.
