The holiday season is upon us, a time full of joy and merriment…right? 🤔

For many, yes! 

And for others, especially for those of us with disabilities, the holiday season can also come with feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, and stress…

With “well meaning” relatives asking invasive questions, your cousin making “jokes” that are straight up ableist, or co-workers rolling their eyes at any mention of your accommodations, the holidays can be a pretty brutal experience for us in the disabled community. 

 


Unfortunately, it's quite normal for people with disabilities to experience ableism and microaggressions amongst close friends and family. And, it's also quite common to feel like there's nothing that you can do about it. 

I'm here to tell you that it does NOT have to be this way. 🙅‍♂️

I've helped over 100+ people with disabilities set and hold healthy boundaries in the face of ableism with confidence, clarity and control. This holiday season, I want to help you do the same.
