Greetings federationist, please view this video. Jose Ceenteno is a member of the Miami Valley Chapter. He is a 67 year old blind veteran today he ran a 13.1 mile marathon in Cleveland Ohio. He wore his National Federation Of The Blind T-shirt and represented The National Federation Of The Blind this morning. Cheerfully,
