Delcenia.

You should just be able to select the drive where the file from Social Security is located (it is usually the D drive), hit enter an select the file with the enter key. You can also run a search of your computer with the DVD in the drive. The key combination for this is actually Control-E, not Windows-E.

HTH,

Chris

Subject: [Ohio-Talk] help I have a computer question

As some of you know you can request electronic format instead of paper from the Social Security Office. . I am trying to read the disk I received from the Social Security Office. Does anyone know how to read using JAWS?I see it in my dvd drive. But, for whatever reason I cannot open and read.

Thanks in advance
Delcenia
