Season's Greetings and Call for Support
Good evening, members. The holiday season brings us many reasons to smile
and share kind words as we look forward to the new year. As part of our
preparations, our delegation is getting ready to attend the Washington
Seminar.
We kindly ask that chapter divisions and individual members consider
contributing to help cover the costs associated with the seminar. These
contributions assist the affiliate in providing essential arrangements such
as hotel accommodations, airfare, and meals, in addition to other necessary
expenses like ground transportation.
While we are fortunate to have some members who can afford to cover all or
most of their own expenses, which is greatly appreciated, most of the costs
for this important event are covered by the affiliate. Your donation will
make a meaningful difference and ensure we can continue to support our
delegates effectively.
Please consider donating. Contributions can be sent by check or via Zelle to
the state treasurer. The necessary information for sending your donation is
provided below.

The National Federation of the Blind advances the lives of its members and
all blind people in the United States. We know that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. Our collective power, determination,
and diversity achieve the aspirations of all blind people.
