November 5, 2022 DAN Minutes

Susan Day and Walter Mitchell alternated chairing meeting.

 

Carolyn Peters gave the Nominating Committee Report. President Walter
Mitchell; Vice President, Joann Williams; Secretary, Ahkeela Cade; Colleen
Roth, Treasurer; Wilbert Turner, At Large Board Member. 

 

The following officers were elected: Walter Mitchell, President; JoAnn
Williams, Vice President; Secretary, 

Ahkeela Cade; Treasurer, Colleen Roth and Wilbert Turner, At Large Board
Member.

 

Yvonne Soldan, Wanda Sloan, Sue Ott,Sharon Norwood and Marianne Denning paid
their 2023 DAN Dues.

 

The 11/05/2022 Constitution was ratified.

 

Walter Mitchell made motion to give the items for auction to the Ohio
Affiliate to be given away as door prizes.

Motion passed.

 

Meeting  adjourned at 8:45 AM.
