> A special meeting was called to order by President Joanne Williams, on December 20, at 7 PM, with the following members present.
> Joanne Williams, Delcenia Brown, Coleen Roth, David Perry, Amber Woods, Suzanne Turner, Wilbert Turner, Billy Graham, and Dr. Carolyn Peters. 
> 
> The purpose of this meeting was to vote for Wilbert Turner as an at-large Board member, since we made a mistake and forgot to vote him in at our November membership meeting, during the NFB of Ohio  State Convention. The motion was made by Coleen Roth, and seconded by David Perry. The vote passed unanimously.
> 
> The DAN division has signed up for the Pre-Authorized Contribution plan. It was moved and seconded to donate $10 per month. The vote passed unanimously.
> 
> As for DAN meetings during 2025, these dates are as follows,  on the Ohio Zoom platform.
> Saturday, January 4, at 10 AM.
> Monday, March 10, at 6:30 PM.
> Monday, May 12, at 6:30 PM.
> Monday, August 11, at 6:30 PM.
> 
> The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM.
