Hey Everyone!
So as we gear up for another year (whoa it's dangerously close), 
and really utilize this email list, I'm wondering what kind of 
list guidelines we would like to set for ourselves and future 
members? On the NABS List, the moderator sends out reminders-both 
monthly and when people get a little rowdy/passionate about 
certain topics-and I'm thinking we can do something similar here.  
It basically boils down to respecting each other, but it's nice 
to have a set list that people can refer to (or that I can just 
send out) since respect looks slightly different for everyone.  
So, what have you seen on other lists that you would prefer not 
to see here? What principles of respect do you feel are sometimes 
overlooked when communicating via email? Share your thoughts and 
opinions and I will consolidate everything into one list based on 
our discussion.  Then, we can finalize everything in the very 
near future and really get this list going!!! :)
