Good evening 
Below are the minutes to tonights call,

January 8th 2017 Minutes  
Present 
president), lizzy Muhammad (vice president), Tom brown (secretary), Angel Ayala (treasurer), Jason Polansky (board member), Anna Walker (Nabs liaison) Tariq Williams 

Meeting called to order: 7:34
Last months minutes has been approved.
- Official vote on the idea about winning prizes for attending PABS meetings and when that will begin.
All in favor for starting the attendance incentive raffle in February
First prize 15 dollar Uber gift card
the drawing will be held every three months 
Every meeting you attend you receive another chance entered in to the raffle. 
So the more you come the higher the odds.

After meeting Lizzy has to text Anna about convention pictures for our twitter, as well as our Facebook page Tariq will be creating. 
- To keep our Twitter active, Tweet us whenever you're doing something blindness related or just really cool so that we can have more to post.

Fundraising:

All  have agreed to vote on the T-shirt ideas next month.

Thanks to Jason, we now have a Venmo account so that will make fundraising easier!

PABS and NABS:
Vee Gaspa and Lizzy will be talking soon to discuss a gathering between Jersey and PA.  If you have any ideas please let her know so that she can share them with Vee before we present them to our affiliates.

Five dollar wrist bands for Washington seminar 
Nab notes should be sent to Tariq before the 20th of the month. 


We will be setting up a new conference line with an international number through free conference call.
Tom will be looking in to international an number. 
If he has no luck, Lizzy has stated she’d create one.

Angel will be creating a GroupMe for our Pabs updates
