[PABS] Resending. Pabs minutes 9-10-18 and a few notes

Hi,

Tom, thank you so much for taking the minutes.I'm sorry I couldn't get on
our Skype conference on Sunday. As Lizzie and Tom know,I was trying to
enter from 7:23 on. I hope that things are fixed now.

To everyone: some information that will be helpful:
I do plan to attend State Convention in November.
David DeNotaris and Joe Strechay are no longer working for the state. They
are still great speakers, but if we want to have someone from the state to
talk to us, we'll have to contact the new BBVS director (Stan Swaintek is
the acting Director of BBVS) or the new OVR Director (Ryan Hyde is acting
Executive Director of OVR). If we still want David DeNotaris, he is still
in Hershey, but Joe Stechay is now working in British Columbia in Canada,
so he probably isn't available.
Also, I went into the great minutes Tom took and added headings so it will
be easier to navigate. Again, thank you Tom for taking the minutes at the
last minute because I couldn't get in.
