[PACapitalChapter] community room at camphill giant's meeting

To reserve a room at this camphill giant 2 pieces of info are needed
They would need a copy of our 501c3 federal showing we are a non profit organization
Also a copy of pa tax exempt proof for sales tax.
According to the person I talked withfeb. Would work 
However they could not accomadate for march but we could do a call in for that month
The barnes and nobile in camphill does not have community rooms so that location will not be a possible one.
I could nott reserve this room at giants untili  find ut theinfo I need.
Please advise me
