[PACapitalChapter] Proposed amendment to the current Constitution of the Capital Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind

Colleagues,

Please find attached the proposed amendment to the current Constitution of
the Capital Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind. Please see
below the provision of our current Constitution which provides for
amendment of the Constitution.

Article XII: Amendments:

This constitution may be amended at a regular or special meeting of this
organization by an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members present
and voting.

Such amendment must have been submitted in writing and read at a previous
business meeting.
Any amendment must be in compliance with the provisions of the charter of
affiliation received from the National Federation of the Blind.
