[PACapitalChapter] Baskets and Bingo Updates for the 2024 State Convention in Erie

Hello everybody!

Here are some updates concerning the Baskets and Bingo Event being held at
our 2024 State Convention in Erie, Pennsylvania

Baskets and Bingo!

Date: Friday, November 8, 2024
Time: 5:30PM to 9:00PM  ET
Location:  Crystal Ballroom

Entry Fee: Free if you have your convention badge, otherwise $20.
Bingo Cards: $5 per card.
50/50 Raffle Tickets: $5 each
Cash Bar available!
Margaritas are also being sold for $10 each but there is a limited quantity!
If you win an auction basket, acceptable forms of payment include: cash,
credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
If you purchased a meal at the taco bar, please bring your meal tickets
with you and exchange it for a bracelet so you can get your food!
There are a limited quantity of meal tickets being sold at the door for
those who wish to purchase one; the price of the meal tickets are $35 each.

Tentative Schedule
5:30 PM: Door opens  & Cash Bar opens
6:00 PM: Taco Bar opens (wristbands must be worn in order to eat)
7:00 PN: Bingo followed by the Auction followed by more Bingo!
Last Round of Bingo : Cover-All for a $500 Prize!
