Kevin,
    I appreciate your message and your willingness to be "a part of the 
solution". I am not on the PAD Board, but serve the Movement as president of 
another division. I know how important it is to have the membership involved 
in the work of the division. I also know how frustrating it can be to face 
the criticism of the membership, only to face resistance and excuses as to 
why the critics cannot help!
    I also want you to know how much I enjoyed the presentation you made on 
behalf of PAD last year. It was very informative. I got a lot out of it and 
didn't realize you were new to the Movement! As you mature in the NFB, you 
will be an awesome asset! Keep up the great work and continue to be 
involved!
