[Perform-talk] Anyone know where I may find this book?

Another option is to ask your university to scan it for you.  That way
you would get a clean copy in whatever format you choose.  Your
university should be able to do this for you.  I am able to bring any
book to my adaptive computing technology center, and they will scan it
and put it in the format of my choice.  If I ask them to divide it
into chapters, each  in its own word doc, they will do this for
example.

The trip sounds like a great experience.
