[Perform-Talk] Help needed at convention: exhibit hall and showcase of talent!

Hello fellow Federationists:

Will you be attending this year's National Convention? Would you like to volunteer some time to help the Performing Arts Division? If you answered yes to those questions, we would love to have your assistance at our exhibit hall and/or Showcase of Talent! Thank you to those who have already said they are willing to help, but we still need many helping hands to make things run smoothly. Please email me at katelynmacmusic at gmail.com with your availability if you are able to help us out. Here are the times we need volunteers at the exhibit hall split into shifts:

Friday, July 1:
11 AM – 1 PM
1 PM – 3 PM
3 PM – 5 PM

Saturday, July 2:
8:30 AM – 10:45 AM
10:45 AM – 12:45 PM
4 PM – 5 PM

Sunday, July 3:
12 PM – 1:45 PM
7 PM – 9 PM

Monday, July 4:
12 PM – 1:45 PM

Please let me know which of those shifts you are available and able to volunteer. You will be at the table with someone from the board as well. We will have information about the division, tickets for our 50-50 raffle, and registration and payment for the Showcase of Talent at the exhibit hall table.

Secondly, we still need volunteers to help out with things at the Showcase of Talent like selling tickets, marshaling, etc. If you are willing to help us with this, please let me know in your email as well. The Showcase of Talent is Monday, July 4 at 7:30 PM. We will ask volunteers to arrive early. If you cannot be there at the beginning but would still like to help out, we could use volunteers later in the evening as well.
