[Perform-Talk] jobs in the fields of motivational speaking or in media relations

hello all,

I hope that you all are having a good spring so far and, that you all
had a good easter last week. I know that I should post this topic to
the jobs list for the nfbnet but, I thought this list would be a
excellent place to ask this question for this topic. I have been doing
media relations for internet radio for over 12 years which I love very
doing very much but, I have used my involvement and skills in the
nonprofit sector through this division and, my involvement in the nfb
as well too and, I also love doing this work too. but, I also love
doing motivational speaking in spreading my message about my lifestory
involving my blindness and my rare syndrome too into my speaking too.

so, here's my question in where I need your guys help. are there any
resources, agencies, companies that I can network through in finding
employment in these capacities in the ny area at all?  I love the east
coast and, in the summer of 2006 I got a taste of working in md but, I
had to rwesign my job due to personal conflicts in my life. so,
besides living in md which I wanted to do since I was 19 years which I
though was fulfilled was just only a dream and, I know that it will
never come true. so, I have always wanted to live in new York and,
that I have had this dream since I was 13 years old living in
Michigan. I have had the opportunity to live in Denver for over 13
years which has been a very wonderful experience but, I need to follow
my heart and, spread my wings to make my dreams come true. I would
greatly appreciate your help in this journey...  thanks a bunch and, I
