Hi. Does anyone know how to fix the problem in PayPal where it is stuck on goods and services for the performing arts division? I’m trying to pay my dues for this year and I can’t get it on friends and family so they don’t have to pay that fee whatever that is. Thank you so much. Cierra Theriot
