Hello Kelsey,

I've beenĀ  teaching singing, Braille Music and Musicianship online since 
2012. If you need your hands for reading and those same hands are 
required to help you learn breath support, and you don't like the idea 
of reading with one hand, the only solution is to memorise what you can. 
You could always do it line by line to start with. Read the line, learn 
commit it to short term memory, co-ordinate the breathing with your 
hands as necessary. Your teacher sounds accommodating so I'm sure 
there'd be no problem with this.
