[Perform-Talk] Accessible metronome and tuner app

The only problem I'm having with this particular app is that the buttons to go up half step or down a half step are no longer labeled. My son showed me how to activate them without voiceover, but you have to be at a very precise place on the screen to for them to work. There's also There's also an app I used to use called Metronome+ that was awesome with voiceover and now it's totally awful with voiceover.
