[Pibe-division] Introduction

Hi Jewel,
That's great that you want to become a teacher too.  Leaving home and your support network can be really tough but its also a great experience.  I'm sure you'll do great at Northern Illinois or wherever you end up.  

The program here at Vanderbilt is very challenging and I'm learning and growing a lot.  It is also very small, which is mostly good.  Being so close to the Metro Nashville Public school system and the TN school for the blind provides for a lot of opportunities for field experiences working with kids during the program.  I'm loving it so far.
