HHi Everyone:
This morning after waiting for an hour to speak with a representative from the new York state education department I found out that I was granted a time extension for my initial certification as a certified teacher of the blind and visually impaired. Subsequently, I emailed this information to the administrator of related and contractual services who informed that I could begin teaching students who needed vision education services. What a miracle!
