has been extended until September 2013 according to Teaching Initiatives, 
which  is stated in their web page at Teach Login. I was surprised to find out 
the  extension was given to except for early childhood

the new York state education department I found out  that I was granted a 
time extension for my initial certification as a  certified teacher of the 
blind and visually impaired. Subsequently, I emailed  this information to the

begin teaching students who needed vision education  services. What a 
miracle!
