[Pibe-division] customer service from comanufacture of kurzweill 1000

Hi everyone:
I havehad  a chance to use both open book from Freedom Scientific and Kurzweill 1000. can anyone tell me about the customer service and technical support from the manufacturer of Kurzweill 1000? The individual at the computer center for visually impaired people in new york city couldn't provide me with this information. Since I use products from Freedom Scientific I am very happy with both customer services and technical support of this mmanufacturer. However, I'd appreciate others opinions about kurzweill 1000 customer support.
