Brian, if you are asking my opinion on people who specialize in
technology providing training to visually impaired students, I think
it is great.  Most TVI's struggle to keep up our skills in many areas
and technology changes constantly.  You would be a member of the team
and write an IEP goal related to technology.  If I misunderstood your
question I apologize.
