[Pibe-division] Students with Cortical Vision Impairments

Conchita,
I have had several students over the years with cortical visual impairment
improve in their visual ability. BUT, I must say the improvement is
slow...over years...and only when the proper environmental adaptations have
been done. The other thing to keep in mind is that all the therapists,
parents and teachers need to be on board with how to present objects, and
the environmental adaptations in order to see improvement...just having the
TVI come in for 30 minutes per week won't do it.
