[Pibe-division] [AERNet] percent of braille users by state

The American Printinghouse for the blind collects these data for each state
annually (I believe). The head of each state materials center should have
the data for individual states. I don't know if APH would release the data
for all 50 states or whether they have these data in a unified format. This
would be an awesome research project that I would be glad to be involved
with, but I am not sure whom at APH to ask about the availability of these
data.
